Not many people realize about the existence of this village. Beautiful and traditional, its surrounding is not entirely affected by the waves of development. It is indeed an interesting destination as the people here are still holding on to strong societal values.

The Hulu Tamu Hot Spring, situated at Kampung Tamu is a must-try for visitors to this area. The water is claimed to be able to cure skin diseases such as rashes or acnes because of the high sulphur content in the water.
Livestock and Fisheries Recreational Areas

Although there are no fisheries and farming activities in Kampung Sungai Masin, the adjacent village, Kampung Genting Malek has a livestock enterprise operated by Ahmad Fuad Zakaria. He rears 70 heads of cattle for sale.

There is a football field and playground for the villagers and visitors to exercise. Situated not far from the Perpustakaan Desa or rural library of Kampung Sungai Masin, here the youths and children perform their favourite activities in the afternoon.
