Essentially, even though Kampung Paloh is full of lush greenery, it is actually not a bush land. However, this does not mean that this village is devoid of development. Even if the village is surrounded by primary jungles and bushes, still there are advantages. Usually, a village which is surrounded by lush greenery is unpolluted, clean and peaceful. As it is, Kampung Paloh is an agricultural area of which most of its lands being oil palm plantation. To date, there are approximately 40,000 hectares of land suitable for any agricultural purposes.


Women Livestock and Plantation
Asiah Mohamad, a 63-years-old farmer, is still physically fit and energetic compared to her counterparts. Her secret of being healthy comes from the agricultural activity which she does for almost 12 years at her house in Kampung Muhibbah, within Paloh sub district.

Another villager, Farmer Abdul Khalid Baba, is involved in the cultivation of dragon fruit besides rearing 86 Boer goats of Australian origin. His goats are fed with pellets. He also practises the recycling concept where the stems of the dragon fruit trees are used as feed for his goats.
