Batu 14 is noted for its tourism. Its lush, green surrounding makes this place the best choice for recreation and exercise. There are a few rivers which have become a tourist attraction for people to bath for example, Sungai Chongkak and Sungai Gabai. There are chalets and lodging houses provided for the tourists who want to spend a night there. To those of you who wanted to see Kuala Lumpur beautiful night lights, you may do so at Ampang Hill Observation Tower. Definitely, you will be excited when seeing all the neon lights on the horizon.

Hulu Langat is famous for its tourism attraction. Just say Batu 14 and you will be reminded of a few famous places in the area like Ampang Observatory Tower, Azwen Valley Resort, Sungai Chongkak and its delicious durians. |
Most of the residents in Kampung Batu 14 had their own business like opening grocery shops and restaurants. But in the nearby village of Kampung Jawa there are small and medium industries making bahulu, sambal pecal, shrimp finger cake and sos rojak buah.
