Long ago, rice cultivation was the main economic source for the villagers of Kampung Gombak Setia. In this modern era, the wave of globalization has also affected the economic lifestyle of the residents. The existence of various private and government sectors in this region has created many job opportunities. Modern jobs have thus become residents’ main source of income, replacing the agriculture sector.
