Here lies the tomb of the famous warrior from the Malaccan Sultanate, the tomb of the legendary Hang Tuah. He was noted for his prowess as a warrior, a charismatic leader and the most loyal to the Ruler. His exploits were legendary. This tomb is located near Kampung Bukit Gedong and has been gazetted by the Malacca State Government as a historical site. Hang Tuah’s colourful history and the fact that the tomb is abnormally long have made this place a famous tourist attraction. |
