erpustakaan Desa Kampung Batu Sawar is supervised by Tuan Khairul Azhar Tuan Kuning, the Library Supervisor. He has been contributing his effort and energy to this library since it was opened in 2006. Its location, adjacent to Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Batu Sawar, encourages the students to come here.

In addition to book loan and return services, this library also organises various competition for the children such as Poetry Competition, Story-telling Competition and Drawing and Colouring Contests. For the time being, the library has 180 registered members. To use the library services, the library members need to deal with the Library Supervisor only and they do not need to pay any fees.
