History Entrepreneurship

According to the locals, the name Kampung Jiboi came from the name of an office assistant working for the British at that time. Because of his hardworking attitude, his employer always praised the worker and calling him “Good Boy”. The name ‘Jiboi’ stuck as the name of the settlement until today.

One of the thriving enterprises in Kampung Bahagia Jiboi is Samirah Frozen Food. This frozen food business started about four years ago and the owner, Rosmala Ghazali had the idea of commercializing frozen food after helping her mother selling cakes.
